TEAM BUILDING
When the convention is interactive and is the mean for a dedicated population to express its problematic, Terracota offers to create a “scene” on the basis of a synopsis preliminarily defined with you.
With the assistance of actors or professional artists, the teams build themselves parts of scenes to be played in the end in front of a jury. When a solution needs to be found, the teams are split in different workshops around ludic and creative topics. Each workshop brings spontaneously its vision, in a limited time, managed by professionals of the activity selected: theatre, songs, painting, music or any other mode of creative expression. A synthesis is then elaborated and the outcome is a consensus generally adopted.
